The SWISCo Story
Established in 2020, Southwest Integrated Services Company (SWISCo) manages statutory services throughout Torbay on behalf of Torbay Council.
Since its inception, at the height of the pandemic, our company has gone from strength to strength, growing year on year.
We are now one of the largest employers in Torbay, delivering high-quality public services across a range of areas including recycling and waste and the ongoing maintenance of Torbay’s many streets, roads, beaches, parks and trees. In addition, there is also a commercial aspect to our business and we offer services such as business waste and recycling, tarmacking, landscaping and printing.
2024 also saw the arrival of Torbay’s first ever Enforcement Team, deployed to tackle environmental crime in Torbay, such as dog-fouling, littering, graffiti, fly-tipping and unauthorised encampments.
