Our fleet of six gritters have been built to order, with the latest software preloaded with different gritting routes. We maintain streetlights across our highways network to help keep roads and walkways safe at night. Our reporting system allows residents to report damaged, flickering, or broken street lights, so that we can make repairs quickly.

Our road resurfacing and reconstruction work restores worn highways, improves safety and extends the life of the network. By renewing damaged surfaces and strengthening road structure, we help keep Torbay’s roads smooth, reliable and ready for everyday use.

We operate a 24/7 emergency response for highway hazards such as fallen trees, road collapses and flooding.
