Report it
If you need to report an issue - such as a missed bin collection, fly‑tipping, or overgrown hedges - please visit our Report It website. There, you can easily log a wide range of problems and even request replacement recycling boxes or bins.

If your enquiry is more complex, please email us at info@swisco.co.uk. A member of our team will review it and ensure it reaches the appropriate department. This inbox is monitored five days a week, so you can expect a prompt response.
