SWISCo was established in 2020 to manage essential services across Torbay on behalf of Torbay Council. Born at the height of the pandemic, we have grown year on year and are now one of the largest employers in the Bay.

We deliver high-quality public services that keep Torbay clean, safe and beautiful. From recycling and waste collection to maintaining streets, roads, beaches, parks and trees, our work touches every part of the community. We also provide commercial solutions, including business waste and recycling, tarmacking, landscaping and printing.

In 2024, we launched Torbay’s first Enforcement Team to tackle environmental crime. This dedicated team works hard to address issues such as dog fouling, littering, graffiti, fly-tipping and unauthorised encampments, helping to protect and enhance our shared spaces.
